We understand that occasionally things may not go as expected. You may be entitled to a refund in the following cases:
If the item you received is materially different from the attached pictures of the part you ordered (e.g., wrong part, incorrect size, or specifications), you are entitled to a refund/replacement. Our priority is to send the part again, but since we deal in classic car parts, which at times are unique and a similar part might not be available in our stock. In such case we will give you a credit balance for future purchases or might give you a refund (Shipping costs are not refundable).
If your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately. We may ask for a little more time to resolve the situation, but if the item is still not delivered and the post declares that it has been lost, then our priority is to send that part again if it was available in stock, if it was a unique item that does not exist in our stock anymore, then you will be eligible for a refund for the item cost (shipping fees are non-refundable) or we might give you a credit balance for your future purchases.
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
If you change your mind after purchasing, or you simply no longer want the item, we are unable to issue a refund. Please ensure compatibility and fit before purchasing.
If the item works as intended and matches the description, refunds are not issued based on unmet expectations.
If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, we are unable to offer a refund unless the item is materially different from the description.
If the part does not fit your vehicle, we recommend double-checking compatibility before ordering. We do not provide refunds for items that are compatible but don’t fit your car.
If the product works properly, but you are unable to use it due to a lack of technical knowledge, we are not responsible for issuing a refund.
If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps:
Carefully inspect the item before the delivery driver leaves. If the product appears damaged, contact us immediately.
Damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. After this period, claims will not be accepted. You may also contact the courier service for any damage incurred during shipment.
We are responsible for customs clearance at our end (country from which the part is sent).
You are responsible for any customs clearance fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country. These charges are not covered by Auto Parts Complex.
In the event that the item is returned to us by your country’s customs, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for re-shipping the item to you.
Vintage and Classic Car Parts: Due to the nature of the parts we sell, some items may show signs of wear or aging. These will be clearly noted in the product description, and such wear is not grounds for a refund unless specified as a defect.
Inspection: Please inspect all parts upon delivery. Any issues with damage or discrepancies should be reported within 24 hours to ensure eligibility for a refund or replacement.
