Refund & Return Policy

Hi, welcome to the Auto Parts Complex Refund Rules. These rules outline what you can expect from us. They provide a transparent approach to refunds giving you a great platform experience and a “fair go”.

Here are the situations in which we are responsible for giving a refund on an item you purchased.

Item is “not as described”

An item is “not as described” if it is materially different from the item description or preview. If it turns out the item is “not as described” you will be entitled to a refund.

Item is “is not delivered”

If the item which you purchased is not delivered to you in the expected duration. You have to contact us and ask about the circumstances. In this case, our representative may ask you to wait for some extra time or may refund the price of the product only, not the shipping.

Why a refund may not be given

If the item is materially similar to the description and preview and works the way it should, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:

    • you don’t want it after you’ve ordered it;
    • the item did not meet your expectations;
    • you simply change your mind;
    • you bought an item by mistake;
    • you do not have sufficient expertise to use the item;
  • you ask for goodwill;
  • Item does not fit your car (check the compatibility before buying);

No Exchange or Replace

We do not exchange or replace any product. Because mostly the products which we sell are one-piece since they are vintage and classic car parts. You can only get a refund if the product you order is not as described or not delivered.

Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged product, you can only claim at time you receive your delivery. Contact us as soon as possible before the delivery driver leaves. You can always claim the courier service for damaging.

Custom Clearance

We are only responsible for custom clearance at our end (country from which part is sent). Custom clearance at your end (country to which part is sent) is not our responsibility. In any case if the part is shipped back to us by the receiving country and has to be shipped again, shipping cost would be paid again by the buyer.
